Golden Age Centers provides a safety net of services to older adults in the Greater Cleveland Area to enrich their life experience and alleviate the challenges of aging. Through the stand-alone centers, supportive housing centers and the home-delivered meal services, GAC provides resources and activities in the areas of health and wellness, lifelong learning and arts and culture for those just entering older adulthood as well as those who have been in the swing of it for many years.
Health and Wellness
GAC provides services that encourage patrons to participate in a well-rounded lifestyle, which includes mental well-being, physical fitness and mobility. Health and wellness services include:
